Where’s my order?

All subscription boxes are dispatched within 2 working day of your order and subsequently on your order anniversary date. If you have not received your box within 10 working days, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Which books will be included in the package?

We carefully select your books based on the genre chosen. Each delivery will consist of different titles based on your preferred category.

I’m buying as a gift for someone else, can I personalise a message to include with the book box?

Yes of course! Simply add your message to the box at checkout and we’ll print it off onto a card and include it with your book box.

What’s included in a box?

With each book subscription box, you’ll receive your preferred genre of book (and number of books) along with a bookish themed postcard, bookmark, your preferred drink choice and favourite Welsh treats all sourced from amazing small independent Welsh businesses local to us. With your first box you’ll also receive a literary themed coaster and other bookish surprises with subsequent boxes!

How easy is it to cancel?

You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time from the My Account section or contact us and we will cancel it for you. You can also pause your subscription at any time if you need to take a break. All prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Any issues, please get in touch and we will be able to help.
